2. Website content

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.

3. Portfolio and sample work

Items labelled "Concept Design", "Demo Project" or "Sample Work" are demonstration designs created by FirstLineHelp to illustrate our capabilities. Brand names, people, figures and data shown in these samples are fictional or illustrative and do not represent real clients or real business results.

4. Services and proposals

• All services are delivered under a written proposal, quotation or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms.
• Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may affect cost and timelines.
• Timelines depend on timely receipt of content, approvals, access and feedback from the client.

5. Payments

Fees, advance payments and milestone schedules are as stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, software licences (for example Power BI licences), plugins and advertising spend are payable by the client unless agreed otherwise in writing. Applicable taxes are charged as per law.

6. No guaranteed results

Marketing, search engine, advertising and sales outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, pricing, budget and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue or return on investment. We commit to professional work, transparent reporting and continuous improvement.

7. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of final project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. FirstLineHelp retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how and reusable components, and may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality. All content on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to FirstLineHelp and may not be copied without permission.

8. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, data and trademarks they provide are lawful and that they have the rights to use them, and for keeping their account credentials secure.

9. Confidentiality

We treat client business information and data as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. A separate non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstLineHelp is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-party services

Our solutions may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, Microsoft Power BI, WordPress, payment gateways, WhatsApp and social networks. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or pricing changes made by these providers.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
